Our Services

Partnering with organizations to navigate compliance, drive sustainability, and champion environmental stewardship with confidence.
01
Environmental Clearance & Regulatory Approvals

Environmental Clearence (Category B2 projects e.g Building & Construction Projects below 1,50,000 sqm Total Built Up area)

Environmental Impact Assessment (Category A projects & Category B1 projects e.g Township & Area Development Project Projects more or equal to 1,50,000 sqm Total Built Up area)

Environmental Clearance & Regulatory Approvals
02
Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ)

It applies to activities near seas, rivers, creeks, estuaries, and backwaters influenced by tidal action. Any construction, industrial activity, or infrastructure project within CRZ limits must obtain prior approval. This ensures that fragile coastal environments are not adversely affected.

Key Benefit
EC & CRZ clearance ensures your project is legally compliant, environmentally sustainable, and protected from future legal issues or penalties.

03
Half-yearly Compliance Report of EC Conditions

Mandatory for each project having Environmental Clearance. Compliance status of all EC conditions every six months (June & December). The report includes updates on environmental management measures, monitoring data, and implementation status of safeguards. It ensures that the project is operating as per approved environmental norms.

Importance
Timely submission of six-monthly compliance reports is crucial to avoid legal action, project delays, or revocation of Environmental Clearance.

05
No Increase in Pollution Load Certificate (SPCB)

This certificate is generally required during project expansion, modernization, or amendments in Environmental Clearance (EC) or Consent conditions. It assures authorities that emissions, effluent generation, and waste quantity will remain within approved limits. It helps in faster approvals without the need for fresh environmental studies in some cases.

06
MoEF & CC Certified Compliance Report

This report confirms that the project is complying with all stipulated Environmental Clearance (EC) conditions. It is often required for project expansion, financial approvals, audits, or during regulatory inspections. The certification strengthens the project’s legal standing and environmental credibility.

The MoEF&CC Certified Compliance Report is an official compliance verification issued/endorsed by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change or its Regional Office.

07
Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) NOC

The CGWA NOC (No Objection Certificate) is required for extraction and use of groundwater for industrial, infrastructure, mining, and large commercial projects. It is regulated by the Central Ground Water Authority under guidelines issued by the Government of India. This approval ensures that groundwater extraction is done in a controlled and sustainable manner without harming the natural water table. Any borewell installation or large-scale water withdrawal typically requires prior permission before operation begins.

Other Servcies Mandatory Requirements for EC & EIA

Environmental Management Plan (EMP)
A structured plan to minimize environmental impacts during project construction and operation. It includes mitigation measures, monitoring plans, and sustainability practices.

Disaster Management Plan (DMP)
A strategic framework to handle emergencies like fire, chemical spills, or natural disasters. It ensures preparedness, response actions, and risk reduction measures.

Project Feasibility Reports (PFR) & Detailed Project Reports (DPR)
Detailed technical and financial evaluation of a project’s viability. DPR includes engineering design, cost estimation, and implementation planning.

Environmental Baseline Studies (Air, Water, Ground Water Quality, Noise, Soil, etc)
Assessment of existing environmental conditions including air, water, soil, noise, and groundwater quality. Forms the foundation for EIA studies.

Environmental Monitoring
Regular monitoring of environmental parameters to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Helps track pollution levels and effectiveness of control measures.

NOCs & Statutory Approvals

  • Water NOC, Drainage NOC, Tree NOC
Required approvals for water usage, sewage discharge, and tree cutting/transplantation. Ensures compliance with local and environmental regulations.
  • Fire NOC
Approval from fire authorities confirming adequate fire safety systems in buildings or industries. Mandatory for occupancy and operational safety.

Geohydrology Report
Study of groundwater availability, movement, and recharge potential in a project area. Essential for Environmental Clearance & water resource planning and CGWA approvals.

Energy Efficiency Building Code (ECBC) Compliance & Shadow Analysis
Ensures buildings comply with Energy Conservation Building Code and evaluates shadow impact on surroundings. Promotes energy efficiency and urban planning compliance. Essential for Environmental Clearance.

Traffic Analysis Report & Evacuation Planning
Assesses traffic impact of a project and designs safe entry/exit and evacuation routes. Essential for large developments and high-occupancy projects. Essential for Environmental Clearance

Carbon Footprint Assessment
Measures total greenhouse gas emissions from a project or organization. Helps identify reduction strategies for climate responsibility. Essential for Environmental Clearance.

Environmental Damage Assessment & Remediation Plan (Violation Cases)
Evaluates environmental damage in non-compliance or violation cases and prepares restoration plans. Supports regulatory regularization and corrective action.

Land Use Analysis
Study of existing and proposed land utilization patterns. Ensures compliance with zoning regulations and optimal land planning.

Soil Investigation Report
Detailed analysis of soil properties for construction suitability and stability. Includes bearing capacity, composition, and engineering characteristics.

Ecological & Biodiversity Report
Assessment of flora, fauna, and ecosystem sensitivity in the project area. Helps in conservation planning and impact mitigation.

Socio-Economic Report
Study of project impact on local communities, livelihood, and infrastructure. Ensures balanced development with social responsibility.

Risk Assessment
Identification and evaluation of operational, environmental, and industrial risks. Includes mitigation strategies to ensure safe project execution.
